Digital leadership, strategy and operations comes with the territory leveraging TBM and ITSM Principles from the data center to the cloud, from network to mobility. Leading change is the norm as Sciences and Clinical Innovation continually push the envelope requiring new skills, training, partnerships, organization, etc. I've architected and operationalized Data Science, Analytics, Clinical Sequencing, Digital Pathology, Data Services, HPC & Machine Learning, Cloud, knowledge management, mobility management and more. Goals: 1. Provide secure, privacy-aware platforms and services to support the largest biomedical research and healthcare organization on the planet. Enabling the bench to bedside mission through data science, analytics, machine learning, cloud and mobile platforms. 2. Establish the vision for IT Services and Products to advance the mission of Mass General Brigham System. 3. Automate systems for optimizing services, continuously improving products and services, providing transparency and documentation for quicker support. Current Projects and Initiatives: 1. Development of the Mobile and Innovation Strategy. Executing the operating and product model for Consumer Technology Management: 125K+ devices (PC, Mac, iOS & Android mobile devices) for data-driven applications, security and mobility. 2. Developing and Implementing the Data Science Platform in a "cloud-with" model (principally AWS and GCP with some enterprise projects in Azure). 3. I/P/SaaS innovation: develop and provide cost effective infrastructure & services as a service provider: data platforms, HPC, general computing, cloud storage, data services, etc. 4.
