I have more than 10 years of experience providing business and tax planning services to privately held companies and investors throughout the industry, including many emerging brands in the branded CPG space (food, beverage, beauty, etc.), manufacturers, distributors and retailers. These years of experience translate to me being able to assist my clients in navigating the tax issues that arise with: - Due diligence procedures for raising equity or for a successful exit - Complex tax planning for significant income events for founders - State and Local Tax (SALT) advice on growing operations - Best practices/advice during the creation, growth and final exit stages of their business cycle. - Tax Compliance Services I also contribute to the career development of Anchin’s professional staff and instruct in-house professional development seminars.
