There are two things to address when an IT professional is approached with a computer issue. The computer itself and the person using it, and both are of equal importance. Each user in the community is a customer and needs to be treated as such. It may be a question about an operation, hardware, or software. What’s important is that the requester is confident that you will efficiently solve the problem and treat them with respect. For nearly 20 years I have successfully combined technical expertise with client relations. I am seeking a company that can utilize my years of experience, give me a chance to grow, and to care for their customers in such a way as to encourage their return.
