Currently employed at Microsoft. _______ MY GRITTY ORIGIN STORY: I started out my career as a project manager, where I organized lots of work, completed projects and overall felt empty. It just wasn't for me. So, I learned how to develop automations and solutions for PMO's, which eventually blossomed into the job I have today. I made the atypical move from being a "Project Manager" to taking on the role of a "Solutions Architect". I decided that after a few years of being the one organizing everything, I wanted to be the one doing the actual work. Microsoft gave me that chance. I'm grateful for it. My current job is a contract "Senior Technical Program Manager" for Microsoft on the "Partner Growth & Experience" team. I'm in charge of the Dynamics 365 architecture, D365 security, Power Platform cloud automations and the overall end-user UI/UX. The items that I develop and support are used by hundreds of users internally. My technical background includes Microsoft's Power Platform, ranging from automations to app creation to Dynamics 365 administration and full-on platform builds. I've made Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, and hundreds of Power Automate flows. I've also developed custom connectors and systems utilizing RESTful API's, can easily use JSON and I can write Javascript scripts for Dynamics. Previous to this position, I worked at an IT consultancy firm, and prior to that, I worked in the "agile" software development IT space where I once believed I wanted to be an "agile coach." I didn't. Prior to that, I worked in the automotive space, and prior to that, I was in sales. Please reach out if you're interested in speaking with me.
