• Partner with local and regional IT leadership to evaluate appropriate technology to integrate into the care delivery process in support of our clinicians • I use my skills to enhance patient facing experience by ensuring that physicians have the appropriate technology to help them care for our members • Non-Clinical partner for APIC of IT to oversee all technology related project in the East Bay • Oversee all aspects of projects from workflow evaluation/training, materials/communication, and implementation • Partner with team members from the TPMG AED Technology to provide operational and technical input in technology assessment • Work closely with local KFH/IT Partners and local Physician Department Technology Leads (DTLs) • Consult with clients, both clinicians and non-clinicians, to create innovative apps using Microsoft Flow, Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Forms to increase efficiencies with regards to time and financial savings o Examples Include: Staffing Office Sick Call Notification, Patient Transport, TPMG Work Place Safety Injury Reporting, ED Complex Dispositions Protocol, East Bay IT Training Coordination, Med Legal Database, etc. • Work with outside vendors to help ensure technology ease of use for our clinicians o Imprivata, Verizon, and Nuance • First point of contact for physicians on all technology related issues/questions • Manage iPhone clinical device with clinical apps which requires an in-depth knowledge, ability to troubleshoot issues and train physicians on change in workflows and technology as needed • Lead cross functional teams of technology and business team members • Manage day to day TPMG IT operations for the Kaiser East Bay Service Area o Alameda, Oakland, Pinole and Richmond
