About

As an Service Sales Representative in the commercial HVAC industry, I provide mechanical solutions for our clients who seek ways to effectively manage their building's number one consumer of energy. My priority is to provide an innovative communication route that enhances client experiences as they deal with their heating and air-conditioning systems. We operate 24/7 and provide you with technicians who are factory trained and certified to provide you with troubleshooting, diagnostics, maintenance, replace or replacement of your HVAC equipment, components and systems. Top clients include Discovery Communications, Prison Fellowship Ministries, and The ARC of DC. You can learn more here. Early in my career, I spent three years as an HVAC installer/technician which helped me transition into my current role at Shapiro & Duncan. My current responsibilities include managing existing accounts and expanding our customer base within the DC Metropolitan area. In addition, I currently possess a B.A. From UMUC (University Maryland University College) with a major in criminal justice and minor in business administration. I am also continuing my education with aspirations of receiving a B.A. In business management. My continuing education has allowed me to become an effective public speaker, relate to diverse cultures, understand the importance of a business model, and pay close attention to customer's needs and wants. I am also acting Co-Chair for PMA's (Property Management Associations) Operations Council and believe in giving back to our community, especially our youth. Each year, I volunteer to work with Junior Achievement on behalf of Shapiro & Duncan, and teach financial literacy to students in the 6th grade. If you have any questions or concerns as it relates to your building's HVAC maintenance, please feel free to reach out to me at [email protected].
