I believe in creating a people-centric environment with a culture of trust, inspiration, creativity, and exceptional results.Throughout my career, I’ve served in senior leadership roles where I’ve brought my high energy to direct a broad range of strategic HR initiatives, build trust-based business partnerships and, through others, achieve creative solutions to key business outcomes while strengthening organizational values and celebrate others along the way.I’ve learned from and invested in others throughout my career, previously serving as an Officer, VP of HR and VP of Organizational Development & Design at the nation’s largest Christian media network, K-LOVE & Air1 Radio. I gained invaluable experience working for Fortune 100’s Target and UPS as well as consulting and start-up software companies where I, with intentional leadership and fun mixed in too, helped one to be named an “Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Private Company” for two consecutive years.My latest endeavor has been launching an HR consulting, executive leadership coaching and training business, REFLECTNEXT, where I have been able to pour into my clients capitalizing on my passion to partner with individuals and organizations to bring valuable action to what matters most.Check out what I’ve been up to below and let’s connect!
