Lead multi-disciplinary teams composed of engineering, drilling, geology, land, regulatory, HSE and other personnel to leasehold drill and partially develop 200,000 Bakken acres while increasing production from 1,400 to 20,000 BOPD, implement Hastings CO2 Flood (8,000 BOPD) and develop Selma Chalk horizontal gas play (70 MMCFPD).
