Managing over 100 key suppliers was an integral responsibility in driving a diverse business. This included leading a high-functioning team, providing quarterly KPI metrics against supplier plans and company expectations, and guiding negotiations to maximize ROI while mitigating inventory risks. Identifying and launching new elite brands for distribution was key for growing the business. As a trusted partner of the Learning and Development department, my team was able to drive the analysis and adoption of new processes. I was nominated as a SME multiple times to engage stakeholders, generate enthusiasm, and drive new planning and analysis software and processes.
