I believe in maximizing our customer service results through workforce management philosophies and principles. Currently I supervise a team that is dedicated to providing WFM support to our homeowners claim functions. This team has been recognized repeatedly for our ability to have a positive impact on our customers. My prior project work which recently concluded was focused on building a Workforce Management solution for our claims organization, serving over 17,000 internal claim handlers. Utilizing Forecasting and Scheduling, this work was built around the idea of efficient customer service through tailored solutions for each individual department. Through this work, I have been repeatedly recognized for embracing organizational change and focusing on creative solutions to effectively meet the needs of our business. I have spent the majority of my career in Workforce Management positions within State Farm. I am passionate about continuous learning, leadership, personal development, and coaching at all levels from my direct reports, to peers, to our Executive leadership team.
