Technology is constantly in motion and enabling new business opportunities. Knowing when and where to apply technology is a key factor for success in any business today. Leading this practice has been the common thread throughout my career and what has changed the most over time is the context, the scope, and the scale. I believe that the employees, and their technical know-how, is a precious asset for every company, especially product/technology companies. My role and my passion has been and will continue to be the optimization and growth of this business asset; to be the trusted technology leader. All technology may be interesting to a given technologist however only some technology is relevant for a given business. Maintaining an appropriate partnership with "the business" while leading and growing this collection of assets is a joy; a renewable source of both personal energy and knowledge. I am a strong advocate and servant leader for my teams. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and enabling individuals learn and grow.
