I am passionate about seeing the companies I work with succeed and grow through knowing all facets of the business and how each department affects the business. I enjoy enabling companies to improve current levels of production by adding new tools, increase value by enhancing current services offered, and become more efficient through revamping processes. I believe that a business can not grow or thrive without effective leadership. This includes clear and consistent communication to all employees, a focus on constant improvement, and creating avenues for employee growth. Employee growth in both their professional and personal lives develops a culture that cares about the individual, building into a cohesive unit working toward the company's vision. A few of my favorite hobbies are hiking, composing music, biking, and reading. I am always searching for new areas to explore on foot or by bike. There are many places to still discover in Colorado, but am excited for the next opportunity in the Northeastern states. My current favorite learning opportunities are watching the classes on Master Class or checking Youtube for the thousands of people sharing what they know on music theory, woodworking, and many other subjects.
