Real estate is more of a lifestyle than a job for me and in order to be good you have to do it FULL TIME and be plugged in to it, DAILY! Customer service is the backbone of my business. I built, owned & operated my own restaurant, called Armadillo Crossing, in my home state of New Jersey for over 14 years and sold it in 2005 to move to Florida and pursue a career in real estate and home remodeling. I have been involved with all of the home improvement trades since before I could drive. I worked as a licensed contractor for many years and have been flipping, buying, selling, renting, investing and managing real estate for the last 25 years and it is something that just comes naturally to me, which is why I transitioned to a full time Realtor. My background as a contractor allows my clients the luxury of having that extra knowledge right by their side when deciding whether or not to buy a property or to suggest repairs that would bring top dollar to sellers. When I am not doing Real Estate, you can find me at the local park with my family or on the Conway Chain of Lakes fishing for bass!
