Brian Naidus

Mr. Naidus has 12+ years of experience monitoring heavy construction and civil earthwork, supervising and/or managing large scale site radiological and remediation projects, and providing construction quality control (CQC) or construction quality assurance (CQA) monitoring. His main responsibilities consist of managing complex construction projects. He also regularly handles administrative duties including, but not limited to i) information management development and implementation; ii) budgeting, scheduling and coordination of field activities; iii) training of entry and mid-level staffing; iv) generation and review of construction-related field documentation and laboratory analysis; v) and the preparation of proposals, construction certification and/or final completion reports. He prides himself on harboring superb client relationships, both internal and external, and has a reputation for being versatile, enthusiastic and a valued leader in any team. Technically, he is proficient in database management, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite and US Army Corps of Engineers Resident Management System (RMS) with additional exposure to SQL Server Management Studio basic programming, ArcGISOnline, LogPlot and gINT. Mr. Naidus has prepared handfuls of site specific Health and Safety Plans for a variety of different scopes and served as site safety officer on a plethora of unique projects in the environmental sector. His municipal solid waste (MSW) landfill construction quality assurance CQA experience includes oversight for over 11 million ft² of geosynthetics. In addition, he has managed radiological investigations and soil sorting projects that include the transportation and disposal of low-level radioactive waste. Mr. Naidus’ environmental expertise also transcends to geotechnical field investigations including earthen berms, soil-bentonite slurry walls, remedial soil excavations, soil vapor extraction (SVE), landfill construction, and a multitude of geotechnical drilling applications. Similarity, he has extensive experience with the environmental sampling of contaminated soil, gas and groundwater, has experience in managing radiological remediation projects, and is additionally Mycometer certified for mold rapid microbiology testing.
