Brian Nelson

Brian Nelson (DRE# 01419860) is an accomplished real estate professional with both local and national experience in the acquisitions and dispositions of multifamily investment properties, and multifamily acquisition/rehab projects. In 2007, Brian entered into a partnership and founded South Coast Commercial, Inc. South Coast Commercial, Inc currently holds over 15% of San Diego’s current multifamily listing inventory and manages over 1,400 units spread over 200+ apartment communities managed within San Diego. Brian formally sat as a Board of Director of the Commercial Realtor Alliance of San Diego (CRA_SD), a division of San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR), from 2008-2018. Brian is a proud father to two beautiful children named Kyndal and Caden and happily married to Lani Nelson. Together they live in Bay Park, where they enjoy participating in local community events. The family likes to partake in hobbies such as boating, surfing, and traveling.
