Brian Olewinski

I am a Geological Engineer with over 7 years of civil, geotechnical design, field experience, and slope stability monitoring experience for the mining industry, both domestically and internationally. I also have field experience with soil, concrete, geosynthetics, QA/QC oversight, geotechnical investigations, laboratory testing, and construction oversight. I have spent the last roughly 4 years supporting Mining Software and as part of that spent the last year and a half as part of a Customer Success Team for mining software. This has lead to a lot of exposure in the different steps of the mining process ranging from exploration drilling to short range planning and execution of those plans. My experience also includes the design of tailings storage facilities, and waste rock storage facilities. These projects were conceptual and feasibility level designs. My experience also includes field construction support and supervision on tailings storage facilities, heap leach pads, pipelines, and various process facilities at mines. I have worked with many different slope stability monitoring devices such as radars and Robotic Total Stations.
