About

I have a passion for engineering/data/design/manufacturing. Recently, I had a brief introduction to 3D printing, SolidWorks, and fixture development as a manufacturing engineer. Previous to that, I was a design/project engineer for industrial control panels where I sized, spec’d, and integrated components with AutoCAD. The supply chain was a tremendous challenge necessitating redesigns, working with layers of salespersons and vendors some of which do not supply backorder reports. My manufacturing experience was gained in machine shops where I ran many types of manual and CNC machines (G-code experience) with modest setups. The probes I encountered are like the ones used for CMM. In graduate school, part of the experimental setup was a PDMS fluidic chamber that had internal features. I machined the molds, setup equipment, ran experiments, processed data, and published 2 peer reviewed publications. Also, I am familiar with circuits and the instruments used to measure them.
