Brian Towle

I’m a highly-adaptable designer analyst who loves new challenges. In my career, I’ve been able to uniquely combine design expertise and project coordination to meet operational goals. At Whirlpool, I created documents for production line assembly. Sheet metal design, injection molding, and vacuum forming are areas in which I have many years of experience. I have knowledge of paint process and assembly lines. Working with cross-functional teams has been a requirement of my past work and I enjoy collaborating with others. I look for ways to drive productivity and cost savings, using the 5S Kaizen process to eliminate and standardize parts. Key to my success has been my ability to break large jobs down to series of simple tasks. I consider myself an inquiring troubleshooter with an eye for details and I take pride in meeting commitments and deadlines.
