Brian Waters

Mr. Waters is a Talent Acquisition Leader with experience placing top talent in key positions for support of National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), Department of Defense (DoD), and Department of Energy (DOE) clients across the United States. He has experience leading team responses to requisition requests under technical services contracts valued in excess of $200M in addition to overseeing corporate recruiting and acquisition strategy for positions that are routinely STEM related, i.e. Engineering, Sciences, and Information Technology, and often require an active DoD "Top Secret" / DOE “Q” Security Clearance. His core experience includes, but is not limited to, producing and analyzing sourcing and hiring metrics, i.e. Time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness; creating and revising recruitment policies and procedures; utilizing social media and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates; partnering with hiring mangers; leading, coaching, and developing recruiting teams and managing workload; and finding new ways to develop talent acquisition strategies. Clients he has supported span from critical national security and weapons sites such as the Y-12 National Security Complex, Nevada National Security Site, and Pantex Plant, to National Laboratories that include the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, Argonne National Laboratory, Idaho National Laboratory, and Los Alamos National Laboratory, among others.
