Brian Weeks

My career experience spans several business lines of the Mortgage Industry. I've worked in Secondary Marketing on the Rate Lock Desk and on the Product Development Team during the height of the Refi-Boom. When Wells Fargo came to Charlotte I became a member of the Home Preservation Reporting and Analytics team, where we developed and implemented loss mitigation strategies including HAMP and HARP. When I joined the Mortgage Credit Risk team at Ally Bank we performed portfolio level analysis for senior management reporting. My current role is with the Asset Backed Finance & Securitization team for Wells Fargo Securities. We manage the Whole Loan Lending Portfolio, facilitating client liquidity through the acquisition and financing of distressed mortgage asset pools.
