Brian Wingate joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2018 as an associate director in the Denver office. He brings to his position over 12 years of experience providing tenants with top-tier representation and innovative commercial real estate solutions. Mr. Wingate's expertise includes strategic workplace and facilities planning, transaction management, market analysis, lease and purchase negotiations, acquisition and disposition of corporate property, capital markets and financial analysis and advisory.
