Before discovering my passion for Political Talk Radio at the University of Florida, I first dipped my foot in the water at the University of South Florida. This is where I began my journey into the radio, but first with Sports Broadcasting. It first started with football, then I ventured off into volleyball and baseball. Eventually, I learned that I had the opportunity to create my own show, whether it dealt with music/sports/politics. Being that I am a fan of old classic rock, I wanted to have my own music show that was dedicated to my interest. Along with the help of a fellow classmate, Cody Seals, we were able to make that opportunity become a reality. In my last semester at the University of South Florida, before transferring to the University of Florida, I had created my own music show! This accomplishment may seem small in comparison to what others have done, but I felt proud of this. I was able to say that I created my own show, one that would go live from WMNF-FM 88.5 HD-2, three times a week between 9-10 a.m. All other shows both, Radio and Television related, had previously existed for at least 15-20 years before I started attending either institutions. Later, I eventually got more involved with Television when I entered the University of Florida. This is where I became heavily involved with WUFT-TV News First at 5.I am currently working for work within the Telecommunications Industry. I am open to any position, including Sales/Marketing and Public Relations, ranging from both worlds of Television and/or Radio.
