Bridget Nelson

Bridget built her real estate foundation as a commercial broker for firms including Newmark Knight Frank and Jones Lang LaSalle, where she managed and executed complex lease and capital transactions. Additionally, she focused on implementing best practices within her clients’ global real estate teams to ensure portfolio optimization. In her 10 years as a stay-at-home mom, Bridget was – and remains – deeply committed to advocacy and volunteerism. She has served in numerous community leadership roles, including co-chair of the successful Save Evanston Schools campaign and current president of the Evanston/Skokie Council of PTAs. She also serves on the Kingsley Elementary School PTA and was an active member of the School For Little Children Parent Committee. Bridget fell in love with Evanston as a student at Northwestern University. After graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications, she lived in Chicago for several years as a young professional. In 2008, she and her husband Derek were thrilled to return to their favorite community to raise 3 children. On the North Shore to stay, Bridget and Derek recently completed the renovation of their historic home in northwest Evanston. Bridget Nelson joined Fleetwood + Miceli Residential in 2019.
