If the world is changing: why not use the energy from the change as an opportunity to improve yourself, and to make things around you more beautiful?I was that kid running a lemonade stand: organizing the dollar bills, making signs to stop traffic and ensuring the lemonade was cold and plenty sweet. When things didn't go right, I was always looking for the solution. What needed to change so I could be successful? Sometimes it required moving the lemonade stand to the other side of the street or putting another sign on the corner, where traffic zoomed by.Today, I strive to implement process improvements and bring new innovative ideas to the manufacturing world. Along with my daily duties, I look for any opportunity to increase profits and efficiency for the company. My passion is implementing what many fear: change for prosperity.
