I am a people and performance-focused Project Engineering Leader with 10+ years of experience leading complex engineering projects, optimizing operations processes, and generating buy-in for strategic process and staffing enhancements. Through my project experience and many engineering/leadership successes and failures along the way, I have worked hard and continually adapted and sought growth to more effectively tackle the next challenge on the horizon. Over my career, I have been fortunate enough to work in many roles and capacities that have enabled me to develop a diverse set of engineering and project management skills. Aligning business needs, teams, and regulations with viable solutions is very motivating to me. My experiences have ingrained in me the importance of collaborating and partnering cross-functionally, as a strong team environment brings in the expertise, creativity, and innovation needed to generate the most impactful results. CAREER HIGHLIGHTS ☑ Partnered with talented team to grow the work environment program processes, procedures, and systems to support the design, construction, and management of medical device Clean Rooms and critical infrastructure. These efforts supported five-fold growth of manufacturing, comlete overhaul of site practices, and expansion into 7 global regulatory divisions. ☑ Led a cross-functional team to develop and partially implement a $15M, 10-year campus plan. Involved pitching the master plan to site leadership and regulatory leaders while developing strategies to cultivate a sustainable Fortune 500 environment for a 100-acre site. ☑ Oversaw a 10-person team in a 12-month engineering innovation project that resulted in $1M/year annual savings and received one of four “Best of the Best Awards” in a Fortune 500 company-wide project competition.
