As a graduate of the Cleveland State University, I set out to start my career in Human Resources, working at The Sherwin Williams Company Corporate Headquarters as a HR Representative in Shared Services. As a representative, I was responsible for the full on boarding process of new hires, as well as assisting HR Business Partners and employees with problem resolution. I then took on a position as Team Lead at Amazon, hiring for warehouse positions, and assisting candidates with the complete onboarding process across the United States. Recently, I was a Recruiter for JOANN Stores Distribution Center, and over recruiting for all positions within. Ramping up hiring for the peak season, and strategizing new recruitment opportunities for the distribution center.
