Brittany Matthews, Ed.S.

I am a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a B.S. Biology Education degree & University of West Georgia with a Masters of Education in Media (Instructional Technology). I have a passion for education and I thoroughly enjoy being able to pass on the knowledge in order to help students learn. I take pride in everything that I do and I know that I am teaching to make a difference. I know that if I do my best to excel in my job then my students will do the same. The development of my teaching skills come from my current and past teaching experience as well as my educational background, learning how to become a teacher. Being a teacher gives me the ability to transfer knowledge and show my true love for helping and caring. My students benefit from me because I care more about them than I do my paycheck. I believe that having my passion to do what I am doing and the intangible rewards that I get from it exceed any pay grade. I teach and develop not because I get paid but because this is what I was made to do. I give my calling my all and if I can touch one person’s life and make a difference then I have achieved my goal.
