Brittany Sud

I am a Trusts and Estates lawyer, focused primarily on estate planning and administration. I assist high net worth clients, entrepreneurs and professionals with their wills, powers of attorney, domestic contracts and trusts. I regularly advise clients on probate planning, family business succession planning, asset protection strategies and disability planning. I am an active member of the Ontario Bar Association, specifically as a member-at-large on the Charities and Not-for-Profit section executive. Outside of law, I enjoy playing softball and tennis as well as travelling and cooking. I am also committed to giving back to my community as a Young Women of Baycrest and volunteering my time in support of the United Jewish Appeal and Jewish National Fund.
