Experienced Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in housing and community development, municipal government, and commercial insurance. I have worked closely with many types of clients and partners to develop competitive project concepts, secure public and private financing, and manage the construction process through to completion. I specialize in the community development process, construction management and layering public and private financing on behalf of a variety of sponsor types. My portfolio of projects include historic rehabilitation, industrial/commercial reuse, demolition, environmental contamination abatement cleanup, new construction, mixed-income housing, supportive housing, senior housing and capital improvements. I also have a thorough understanding of the community process from serving in various offices of local municipal government.
