About
I am intending to go to Medical School 2018. Until then I am immersing myself into the global health community: volunteering, advocating tirelessly for the right to health internationally. Currently I am working on educating, advocating, and generating funds for Partners in Health for their health care delivery systems in a slum of Lima, Peru. Jointly with the Peruvian Ministry of Health we are changing lives within Carbayllo, Peru. Over the next three years it is our goal to have no TB-deaths in this slum, which has been sadly stricken by MDR and XDR TB after discontinuation of TB- treatment 10-20 years ago. In solidarity, I will continue the global health fight from the US frontier, talking to presidential nominees and senators about their ability to help change the global healthcare landscape.
