I am responsible for Midwest & Southeastern operations of Engineering and IT staffing services to Aerospace/Aircraft, Defense, Civil, A/E, Scientific, and Petro-chem Industry. I wear many hats that include Vice President, Branch Manager, Account Manager, Sr. Recruiter and New Business Development when needed. With over 20 years of full cycle Staffing/Recruiting experience I truly have a passion and a big picture view of where staffing has been and a strategic look as to where it is going in the future. I have assisted with many changes and streamlining techniques including ACE (Six Sigma) certification for my offices, in conjunction to generating new business, and maintaining current clients. Daily, I provide direction for sales and recruiting staff and remain fully engaged in our full cycle recruiting efforts. Work with Workers Comp, Benefits, OFCCP, EEOC, and FMLA on a regular basis.
