I am a Project Management Specialist that enjoys working with internal and external project teams. I thrive on challenging situations while solving problems that can add value to current methodologies. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to adapt. This serves me well when working in an ambiguous environment. I constantly update my technology skills through study and practice to increase my effectiveness as it is relevant to the current environment. I enjoy interacting with all stakeholders (internal and external) and am known for managing high pressure situations while keeping a cool head and a sense of humor. Some of my critical project management skills include project kickoff, risk management, schedule management, cost tracking, problem solving, and project closeout. Commercial skills include negotiation of change orders, financial forecasting, and release of milestones for invoicing.
