As a Registered Architect I am passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes to every client through innovative design, proactive problem solving and effective communication.The success of any project depends on understanding the Client’s vision and aligning the project team with those objectives. To that end I recognise the importance of stakeholder engagement and I am focused on creating and maintaining strong working relationships. I believe that people should be at the heart of our work as Architects.I am recognised for my attention to detail, strong Project Management and negotiation skills. My leadership style starts with a positive outlook, a focus on people and a desire to influence outcomes for the better.Promoting diversity and mentoring opportunities within practices and the wider industry has also been an important aim for me personally.
