Currently, Bryan is Managing Partner at TradeCap Partners, LLC. TradeCap Partners, LLC provides purchase order and contract finance solutions to companies that are unable to fulfill orders received from their end customers due to lack of working capital, supplier credit, and/or access to traditional bank financing. Prior to TradeCap Partners, LLC, Bryan was Vice President and COO for EPK Financial Corporation d/b/a King Trade Capital. Bryan was responsible for marketing and expanding the company’s product offering and managing the company’s existing portfolio. He also helped structure, negotiate and underwrite over $1 billion in finance solutions. Prior to King Trade Capital, Bryan worked at Bank of America as a global financial analyst in the bank’s corporate media and telecom group. During his time with Bank of America, Bryan participated in all aspects of the underwriting process in order to structure and provide capital in the form of senior bank debt and/or high yield public debt totaling more than $10 billion to companies specific to the media and telecommunications industry.
