Bryan Richardson is a successful creative professional in the fields of customer experience, Voice UI Design, text-to-speech voice design, Interaction Design, artist development, music recording, commercial radio, visual graphics, brand identity, advertising, video production, sound design, and multi-channel and cross-channel communications.Bryan began his career in Hollywood California as a sound designer working for some of Hollywood’s greatest producers, became a voting member of the Grammys and earned a quadruple platinum album credit. Bryan’s creativity started in Hollywood at Marvin Gay Studios, The Enterprise and Studio Sound Recorders where he teamed with many top producers and talented music artists such as Smokey Robinson, William Shatner, Robert John, Natalie Cole, Peter Frampton, Chris Isaac and earning a platinum album for his audio engineering work with the pop star Tiffany. Bryan moved to Seattle during the grunge era and started Emerald City Productions where he eventually re-focused his energy towards improving the user experience of automated telephone systems. His first innovation was providing high quality music and messaging design to MCI 1-800-MusicNow and then on to ImageTel-OnHold where he began building premium persona’s for On Hold and VRU telephone systems. Teaming up with voice portal TELLME he produced over 1 million voice recordings for the Driving Directions and Directory assistance applications. As Director of Media Services for Varolii Corporation he led a team of 15 creative individuals to develop high quality personas and voice notifications for fortune 500 companies. As Sr. Manager of Customers Experience at Nuance Communications, Bryan leads a world-class team committed to exceptional customer experience on a multi-channel cloud communications platform.
