I have more than 12-years of Oil and Gas Procurement experience, of which, 4+ years in the Middle East while serving Dubai Petroleum Establishment (www.dubaipetroleum.ae) as a Sr. Procurement Specialist and 7+ years of Project Procurement experience in an EPC setting for numerous Multinational Oil and Gas Companies such as ConocoPhillips, BP, Total E&P and, Petronas in Indonesia. My main responsibilities include preparing Bidder List and Purchasing Strategy, Sourcing/Tendering, developing Techno-Commercial Bid Evaluation, negotiating Terms & Conditions, issuing Recommendation for Award, Issuing Purchase Orders and expediting deliveries and payments of Invoice, etc. Lead the full sourcing process of 11 (eleven) Supply Agreements consisting of more than 4,900 line items, which includes supplier selection, commercial negotiation, contract execution ensuring uninterrupted supply of required materials are purchased through Agreements (more than 76%)
