I am diligent, innovative and goal directed person with great passion in Human Resource Management as well as Training and Development. I have extensive experience in different aspects of Human Resource Management such as Training and Development, Performance Management and Recruitment and Selection. In relation to Training and Development I have extensive practical experience in skills planning, management and implementation of skills development projects such as Learnerships, Internships and training programmes in line with organizational strategic objectives. I also have practical experience in coordination and administration of Bursaries, coordination and consolidation of Workplace Skills Plan and Training Reports to ensure continuous monitoring and evaluation of these projects in order to achieve their objectives effectively. I am a qualified Skills Development Facilitator, Training Facilitator , Training Assessor and the Moderator. I am registered with Public Service SETA and Services SETA as their Constituent Assessor for various qualifications..
