He has served a wide variety of clients, including companies in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, professional services, consumer products, private equity and paper industries. Byron specializes in foreign tax credit and repatriation planning, international mergers and acquisitions, foreign holding company planning and local country financing transactions.Byron is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
