Cédric Diego Vollmar

Cédric Diego Vollmar was born 1985 in Lucerne, Switzerland. Cédric graduated from Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts with a Master degree in Banking & Finance. During his Bachelor program he also studied at the ESCE - Ecole Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur in Paris (France). In parallel to his Master degree, Cédric gained relevant work experience as a Research Associate in Corporate Finance at the Institute of Financial Services Zug (IFZ). Through practical training, Cédric has become alongside his work a tax expert. In the past, Cédric worked for the Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association (SECA) and is co-founder of the Young SECA and acting Board Member of SECA. He has a great network to both national but also international private equity firms, thus pursuing private equity opportunities globally. Since 2021, Cédric is Managing Partner of Hitz & Partner Corporate Finance AG. In his role, Cédric is responsible for numerous mandates in the areas of M&A lead advisory, corporate finance and tax advisory. He has extensive experiences in succession planning of entrepreneurial led SME’s as well as in the field of enterprise valuation and financing structuring. Cédric is specialized in tax planning aspects of M&A transactions and he provides tax advice to SME’s in Switzerland.
