I joined EC Harris in August 2010 from a small planning consultancy specialising in town and master planning for Higher and Further Education Institutions. As well as securing planning permission for these clients, I have experience of working on large-scale commercial schemes and preparing cases for planning appeals. In my current role as assistant project manager, I have delivered a programme of Post-Project Evaluations, refurbishment and new build projects both pre- and post- contract and a number of internal change management initiatives. In addition, I offer s106 mitigation advice around affordable housing requirements. I have gained the APM Project Management Qualification which demonstrates my knowledge of all elements of project management and understanding of how project and programmes fit into the wider strategic and commercial environment. I have applied my skillset to a variety of management roles to meet client needs and deliver exceptional value.
