University of Southern Indiana Accounting Graduate with relevant internship experiences in manufacturing, credit, inventory, tax accounting, real estate, and hedge funds. From my diverse industry background I have found that I especially love to work with real estate, tax planning, audit and compliance, hedging and risk management, as well as stock and derivative trading. The necessary and required financial analysis therein in order to do these things well is truly the fun part. With that, a big long term goal of mine is to run my own real estate business as a supplement to my career - I see this as an opportunity to help be an affordable housing solution for the tenants out there struggling with expensive rent.I am extremely passionate about improving efficiencies, informed financial planning, helping others, and lifelong learning with outside of the box thinking. I am all about the 'what' and 'how' of business processes, and once the 'why' is figured out, the opportunities for improvement are endless. Throughout my life and career, I hope to work with colleagues, friends, and managers that share this mindset and discipline as we shine together, make coordinated decisions with involved teamwork and help not only the company we work for grow, but together expand our individual knowledge and skillsets while tapping into the passion embedded within ourselves. There is always something to improve, something to make better - individually and collectively.
