Experienced Area Manager within the active childcare provision ‘SCL Active’ @ SCL Education Group. I’m always driven to succeed within my job role, willing to support others in order for them to succeed within their job role by passing on my experience/ideas to support them as much as I possibly can & I feel like I’m a good role model to those with less experience than me. I like to complete tasks to the best of my ability, I like to go the extra mile and above and beyond what is expected of me. I’m very motivated by being given different challenges, tasks which I’m not very familiar with & targets to hit/beat. Always looking to further improve my management skills and better myself to progress on.
