Callum Ormsby

I started work at Jupix in 2013 under an IT apprenticeship scheme and took up joint roles of supporting the internal IT infrastructure and providing software help for the Jupix product. Due to the continued growth of Jupix, the demand on both my roles increased. This lead me to choose to refocus my efforts solely on the software. I was promoted 2nd Level where my product experience and knowledge were used to help with more complex issues and support the learning of 1st line staff. The new role prompted me to learn SQL so I could investigate the data behind issue. Six months after I moved to 3rd Level where my role entails providing technical support, data fixes, data migration assistance and in depth investigations into the software. I thoroughly enjoy expanding my skill set and expertise for the enjoyment of using them to benefit of colleagues and our customers and am looking forward immensely to taking things to the next level.
