I am a third year student at Canterbury University studying towards a Batchelor of Commerce with a double major in Human Resource Management and Marketing. I am also gaining experience in the field of Human resources through my employer Foodstuffs SI. I am currently learning how to recruit staff through their online application's, screen candidates and take their face to face interviews. I have developed my skills in training and development by running a small despatch team as the Weekend Despatch Supervisor at Foodstuffs SI. Some of the other requirements for my role is taking staff reviews, leading a team, completing daily reports and looking for new ways to improve processes around the department. I have been apart of St John's since 2009 where I have developed myself as a leader and achieved my St John grand prior award in 2015, I have volunteered on the ambulance and at events. My current role is a youth leader teaching and mentoring children. I have a passion for Human Resources, football, St John's, Gym training and working with people to achieve a common goal.
