As a strong believer in the "Work Smart, Not Hard" approach, I advocate for automating processes. In addition, I am a proponent of Macromanagement, prioritizing big-picture goals and delegating tasks to team members. Having worked in Singapore since 2013 on both private and government-related projects, I am a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues. Currently, I manage engineers and sales teams in Singapore, with a responsibility for expanding automation and monitoring solutions throughout the APAC region. I actively engage with existing clients and Systems Integrators to enhance relationships and secure more projects. During my current job, I have successfully acquired new clients, including CAG (Changi Airport Group), NCCS (National Cancer Centre Singapore), SKH (Sengkang General Hospital) and SPF (Singapore Police Force), and expanded our presence in the public healthcare and government sectors, particularly with LTA (Land Transport Authority). Previously, I worked solo in Singapore, Malaysia, and South Korea markets for four years, where I gained extensive experience in pre-sales, post-sales, product development, product presentations, training, and problem management. Given the nature of my current role, I have acquired knowledge in various IT technologies, including Windows, Linux, Unix, traditional databases, cybersecurity, compliance management, cloud services, PowerShell, and testing of open-source monitoring tools.
