With over 17 years of broad-based experience in strategic business leadership, I've honed strengths in regulatory compliance, risk management, investigations, and HR management; providing me with the skill set necessary to drive operational best practices, expand profitability, and achieve process/performance improvements across a range of industries. Throughout my career, I've led and partnered with cross-functional teams in driving organizational initiatives and developing and implementing programs/procedures that serve to improve operational conditions across the enterprise, internally/externally. This included initiatives which led to improvements in safety/security, profitability, and resiliency of customers, employees, locations, and assets. Most notably, one of my key achievement's led to generating over $1.1M in loss reduction savings, and increasing profitability. This was a result of developing and delivering training programs to stakeholder teams in the areas of compliance, policy/procedures, hiring/talent retention, and employee relations and communication; partnering with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Operations. Underlying to my business and leadership commitment is my passion for people! I've enjoyed consistent experience in employee training/onboarding and skill development/coaching. Also, I've led efforts in conflict resolution and problem solving to maintain a healthy and safe work environment. Additionally, I have an affinity for driving investigations! I'm a born investigator and pride myself in diligence throughout the investigative lifecycle. A particular interest is controlled substance investigations; where I've expertise in DEA and state regulatory compliance.
