Once in a while an exceptional property comes along that says, This is home at the front door. Those are the properties that I am passionate about finding for my clients. Since 1984, I have been listening to clients tell me their real estate stories, and I have loved every minute. Completing a real estate transaction is the most stressful time of a person's life, and it is my job to provide the best information possible for my clients to make the best decisions possible. When Kuper Sotheby's International Realty bought our boutique firm of Amelia Bullock Realtors in August of 2014, J Kuper found himself with 80 seasoned agents with strong opinions on how we do it because, after all, we were us. He persevered and brought a global network to our door. Now, Vice President of Kuper Sotheby's International Realty, I have a presence in the Austin market place as well as all over the world. Our combined Kuper Sotheby's offices sold over 1 billion dollars in real estate in 2015. We are passionate about real estate! Since coming to Austin from Houston in 1970 to pursue a degree in Theatre Arts at The University of Texas, I have watched the city evolve from a laid-back college town where jobs were scarce into the Metroplex that it is today. And, yes, I miss the days of no traffic! I was fortunate to be able to teach high school theatre for 10 years prior to going into the real estate. This meant I got to stay in Austin and watch it grow and raise a family in the best city in Texas! When I am not on the trail of houses, I am riding cutting horses competitively which I love or going to the theatre which was my first love in life. I am mother to two fabulous boys and grandmother to four darling grandchildren, and a past president of the board of a historic theatre in downtown Austin. Once the boys graduated from Westlake High School, my husband and I made a home with our two labs and our rescue kitty in the Lake Travis area. It said, this is home to us.
