Cara Pollard Coaching (CpC) under the direction of Cara Pollard: •Collaborate and partner with corporations and organizations to facilitate trainings and workshops, group coaching, and individual coaching for parent employees and their leaders. •Build long-term business relationships with HR teams and executives to support parent employees' life and work integration. •Develop transformative programs to help people parent successfully and thrive while working. •Determine solutions for retention and productivity that save their clients millions of dollars of revenue. •Partner with schools and organizations to provide parent support groups, workshops, and teacher development. •Trained in DE&I Initiatives, and conflict resolution/mediation skills training, meditation. •Create the scaffolding individuals need to meet the demands and complexities of our modern world. •Host and contributor to the podcast, Mindfulness at Work-The Podcast. •Offers individual coaching services to executives, families, couples, men, women and teens. •Serve as a change agent to families' lives by drawing upon their desires and expertise in self relational awareness and child development •PCI-certified parent coach.
