I have a Bachelors Degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of North Dakota. I am employed as an engineer tech at Whiting Petroleum Corporation. Cumulative GPA 3.950 Tau Beta Pi I have worked on Patterson 280, and H&P rigs 329, 454, and 438 for Whiting, OXY USA, EOG, and Marathon Oil. While at H&P I worked the floor hand, motorman, and derrickhand positions. Some of the achievements of the teams I was a part of include the following. -0 Lost Time Incidents -Marathon Oil record surface hole, 2.8 bit hours (H&P 438) -H&P record rig move for a Flex4, 1.58 days (H&P 329) -OXY record, average over 1000 ft drilled a day while contracted on a well. (H&P 329). Prior to working for H&P I was employed by Well Pro Inc, in Dickinson ND. My responsibilities included -maintenance, cleaning, and testing of 5k BOPE (Cameron, Schaffer, Hydril) as well as TIW -assembling BOP into stack (mud cross, blind ram BOP, various pipe ram BOP) and testing same -delivery of fishing tools, and BOP equipment into field -rebuilding of elevators, bumper subs, overshots, and other downhole fishing tools -maintenance of power swivels, and BOP closing units -going into the field to change pipe rams in BOP, and inspect/maintain closing units to ensure safe and proper operation
