I support leaders to create purpose led values based organisations that are making a difference in the world and are meaningful places for employees to thrive, grow and evolve. My experience is a blend of organisational change, people and strategy, management consulting, leadership development, coaching psychology and facilitation. Having worked in both consulting and in house roles I understand both worlds and balance new thinking and ideas with a practical hands on approach to help my clients be successful. I have led, designed and implemented large scale purpose led change/ transformation programmes in technology and HR/ culture transformation space and appreciate both the hard and soft aspects of leading change and delivering business results. My clients over the years have included many well known brands and organisations across a number of sectors including Mondelez, Kelloggs, BP, Prudential, Eastspring, HSBC, Inchcape, NHS (UK), Local and National Government sector (UK), SABMiller, Vodafone, Dyson, Mastercard Foundation, Merck, Imperial Brands I’m a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a founding member of the BPS Division of Coaching Psychology. I’m also a trained Co-Active Coach and ICF member. Alongside this I am a Barrett Values Certified Consultant, The Leadership Circle, Hogan trained, DISC certified and Harthill Leadership Development Framework practitioner. In 1:1 and organisational work I deeply care about peoples personal stories and supporting them on their transformational journey. My belief is when we change in our leadership we create a ripple effect to everyone around us, cultures change, families change and and we transform so do the lives of those we touch.
